Project Information: This Cape Cod-style home, constructed in 1954, underwent renovations in 2019. The enhancements included a shed dormer, a modest addition to the first floor, and a covered porch on the front facade. This design features numerous Shingle Style elements such as exposed rafter tails, shingled columns, and windows with divided lights. Considerable attention was devoted to scaling the window proportions and architectural details to match the home's scale.
