Project Information: This home, over a century old, is perched atop a bluff in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. It underwent significant renovations, completed in 2024. Our objectives for the building's exterior were twofold: to restore its historical splendor and to adapt it to a contemporary family's needs. We consulted with the Historical Society of Westerly to secure vintage photographs of the original house, which served as inspiration for the redesign. The design team was a collaborative effort involving Sullivan Architecture, The Brooklyn Studio, Jeremiah Brent Design, Athena Calderone, and Christopher Thorp. This project was featured in the September 2024 issue of Architectural Digest.
