Project Information: Originally constructed in the 1960s, this colonial-style home had an inefficient first-floor layout, lacked a functional kitchen, and did not reflect Narragansett's local architectural style. To address these issues, we installed egress windows with properly sized shutters, added traditional exterior details, applied new western red cedar siding, created a new covered entryway, and completely overhauled the interior. The renovation was completed in 2021.
